….and last I would like to tank Casey Anthony….for being herself, and finally the community for putting up with our push and shove media mentally that got us here tonight!

Team coverage of the Casey Anthony story has brought two Central Florida TV stations Emmy nominations.

WFTV-Channel 9 was cited for “Caylee Anthony Found.” WESH-Channel 2 was recognized for “The Case Against Casey.”  The two stations are the only nominees in the team coverage category of the 2009 Suncoast Regional Emmy Awards.

The local and cable media is doing exactly what most of them implied the Anthony family of…cashing in on Caylee Marie.

I wonder if the new arena will be done in time for Dec. 5, event…

lets face facts here…it’s the only venue that might and I use

the term lightly, that would be ale to contain such egos these anchor people poses.

The original photographer or their employer holds the actual copyright to these photographs.  This is just one of a million plus examples on the internet of simple and mindless infringement.  I noticed a lot of parodies and other altered photos of Casey Anthony, and yet most of these folks know their right to use these items is under the open domain act, and do not place any form of copyright emblem or notation, as their work is derived from someone else’s original photograph or video/audio recording.

The internet has greatly enhanced out ability to receive instant interaction,
instant gratification and most of all, instant notoriety.

The ability to drag and copy, right click save and other cool techniques
have made blogging and other interaction on the internet, easy and effortless,
 when creating news items to titillate readers and win over our foes.  I find
the most interesting is when I re-posted comments that referenced me,
directed to me and written about me, met with such disdain and hate. 
The very ones who posted these comments disagreed with me.

hey Orange County, Flori-dah?, ever heard of the word Exempt? …try using it on in a while.

you might want exercise restraint, when weighing out the media role to report the news, verse their ongoing need to make the news. The Earnhardt Family Act enacted for this very reason.  I am not sure at what point the world became insensitive to such macabre voyeurism, but it needs to stop.  I would be very pleased to read that the judge has ruled not in favor of the Anthony’s because of who they are, but because of what they are requesting.  The request plain and simple is, please do not release to the public the autopsy.  I know that everyone’s autopsy is of public record, but not everyone’s mother is on trial for her life, and the autopsy conveying possible evidence to taint the jury pool.

My last words on the subject-

What would Caylee want?  One must remember a two year old who loves their mother unconditionally is unlikely going to side with the people on the “I hate Casey Anthony Train” that has blazed a path through the headlines of my once normal local paper.

Wake up people, if this comes and passes without denial, what next, are we going to see live autopsies, executions, and hey why not show videos of the jury deliberating….

That last one sounds crazy, but I would not place it unattainable, as here in Flori-dah!,  nothing surprises me anymore.

I am not sure what is worst, the media, or the readers who make comments like this one.

At least with the media we know where they stand.  The advertising revenue, the market ratings/share, but a statement so irreverent that removes any form of compassion or conscience human decency.

This same person along with others who take there lead, often head down the slippery slope of macabre voyeurism, all in the name of “justice for Caylee…

Like children who are in fear of not getting their way, the blame authority.  I think statements likethe one below, will help them achieve their point, yet their comments are self-defacing, and only reflect on them.

But I guess most of it WAS quoted. “ [oops sorry, did I just use a quote?] So, offering a quote to make a point is not allowed… Has anyone told everybody else yet… Orlando Sentinel, WFTV, HLN, CNN, Nancy Grace, WESH, WKMG, Hal Boedeker… a do I need to keep going? p.s. – I am sending this from, y laptop at my home, as I did not get the time to pick up those FREE tickets (maybe next week)…  It seems I did meet up with few cool, easy on the eyes, tourist (3), whom appreciated my knowledge of the Lake Buena Vista.  The expo was fabulous; the House of Blues was sooo fun.  I did not get home until 10 am, and the rain stayed away this morning, So I drop the top, blasted the music… all the home.   😉

The Bird is Back… Geez…   Okay… Although I am frightened by Distain’s post of the “Night Fright”… I thought… Oh Hell-o… no I am not afraid… “I am Woman Hear Me Roar”… LOL … So, I jumped out of my comfy bed went to my PC… err MAC … opened all the windows as there is a nice cool June breeze …. in the interim…. I checked my frequent flyer miles and I realized I had enough to purchase a ticket to Korea… and thought this bird on Hal’s post needs a free flight home…. so, I printed the ticket and walked over to my bedside table by the open window and laid the ticket down… I then went down to the kitchen for some fresh bread crumbs and found I had some left over sushi from dinner …. I then positioned just one sushi on a small plate with some wasabi on the table by the ticket and hopefully the diseased bird will come fly by for a treat and see Wowzie!!! a treat and a free flight back to Korea…. then after nibbling on the last speck of rice she would pick up my ticket fly out the window…. and take advantage of the free flight back to Korea…. Hooray!!! …. But, if I awake and should the bird decide not to take advantage …. well, I guess I will have to be burden with the bickering and tweets of the ugly bird who is thankful (maybe not, just took advantage of) to our great USA for giving her the opportunity which gives her the right to totally trash our justice system and/or “try” to influence us to “her” interpretation of “OUR” Constitution”…. and I am sure this bird has generously been provided with financial means to support “her” freedom to express “her” free speech in our wonderful USA that she could not in “HER” KOREA …. UGH!!! People like that totally make me vomit… I pray when I wake the ticket is gone and we never hear from this bird again ….
