The word LOVE is overused. A proactive stance is needed. To think I was one-week-end away from being in the right spot at the wrong time is life stopping.
We need to use more of the other L words…. Legislation and Laws. push for Officers of the court to officiate and enforce both the existing laws and draft up new laws that will include consequences to merchants of 21st century marketplace.
I realize we cannot become a policed state, but we sure can become a Pro-active. We learn daily that being REACTIVE is “199 deaths too late” (from 1966 to present day mass-incidents.
Right let’s not given to fear.
I ask that we STOP fueling the fires filled with empty promises. Let’s put out the embers of those empty words, find the gather the good left from the dust and ashes of these massacres, and place them in a BILL, and send it to capitol hill.
Ask for mandatory physicals, that are document via a physician’s affidavit.
A Yearly renewal on gun licensing.
Require gun insurance. just like our DMV registration process (using state of florida as my example) No insurance, Means No driver’s license, No Renewal.
Once the paperwork trail is deviated, the state will issue a bench warrant for violators.
Violation would warrant, A new physician’s affidavit. along with a In-Home visit.
P.S. it’s harder to adopted a Kitten from the SPCA than it is to buy an assault rifle.
Useful Stats A MUST READ

Just because our families made it ahead of their families, what right do we have to stand and judge who becomes a citizen…. If our laws and paper work weren’t so intimidation, I think most immigrants would use the proper procedures to enter, and become their dream. “when’s the last time you applied for a room cleaning job or a trash sweeper at disney?”…get real people. Make the America accountable, otherwise our “pledge allegiance to the flag….” is an empty promise!
Btw what ever happen to president Obama’s aunt… Yup she’s still here and processed to stay.

…and, could be use to help the defense, just as much as the public thinks
it is the “Smoking gun” for the prosecutions case. A lot of time the 911 call
is release in snips of audio sound bites, which sometimes offers
a bias toward the caller, who 88% of the time is not a party to the incident.
“Cases must be decided on evidence, not insinuation,” lawyers Howard Kurtz
and Seth Blum said in the statement. “Selectively releasing prejudicial
information in this fashion is reckless, misleading, and just plain wrong.”
Such 911 tapes are public records. The News & Observer had asked
Cary police to release them.
Open records laws in many states, state that 911 calls are of public record,
but it does not say the media is entitled to edit what it wants to air,
for their own promotional benefit.
I find it interesting that the 911 calls seem to go unreleased unless
it is in favor of the prosecutor’s office. Hum – jmo

Ok, first I can not say I understand Gordon, and his co-workers. I cannot say I know how they feel.
I can only say that based on past issues with the US Government Assistance [Bailout],
that usually the final decisions have been politically motivated.
Maybe the BIG 3 can take note of the 1979 Chrysler Bailout.
In 1979, Realizing that the company would go out of business, Iacocca approached
the United States Congress in 1979 and asked for a loan guarantee. While it is sometimes
said that Congress lent Chrysler the money, it, in fact, only guaranteed the loans.
The reforms implemented by Iacocca, the company turned around quickly and was able
to repay the government-backed loans seven years earlier than expected.
Do you really think that the President and the Senate really lose any sleep over your plight.
I honestly do not believe that any of them are wide awake at 3 am wondering how the stretch their paycheck,
or wonder if the car pool is going to be on time because one of the two family cars is in need
of a new transmission, etc.
I know bankruptcy isn’t the best answer, but it is the answer that United States Constitution (in Article 1,
-Section 8, Clause 4), which are often dependent upon State law, therefore plays a major role in a bankruptcy case.
Because Bankruptcy in the United States is a matter placed under Federal jurisdiction, Congress is responsible
to enact “uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States.” The Congress
has enacted statute law governing bankruptcy, primarily in the form of the Bankruptcy code, located at Title 11
of the United States Code. Federal law is amplified by state law in some places where Federal law fails
to speak or expressly defers to state law. Which allows the local State Constitution to assert their laws and statues.
My point – Follow the United States Constitution, not the Media.

There seems to be so much about everything, but nothing to do with change.
I recall judgment and experience was two of the key topics in the 2008 election. I am glad that I used my own judgment when I placed my vote on November 2, 2008 The best thing that has come out of the last 16 days that President Obama was sworn in, oh, wait I mean 15 days since he was sworn in to office, hum or is it 14 days… do we have the official date of record yet.. oops I digressed, as I was about to say, is that the last 18 months looks to be the opening act in a trilogy gone bad. We have ponzi schemes, and legal bank robbery, and oh yes I can’t leave out tax invasion.
Did anyone remember to notify the Hemsley family, that there loved ones were held to a different standard of income tax laws… due to the fact that they did not reside or hold office in the Washington DC zip code.
Let hope today’s news days is a slow one, you know like the days when Punxsutawney Phil, had the front page to himself.
Depending on what you consider is breaking the law…”Gov. Rod Blagojevich claims of innocent could be true…[ said one black kettle to another

only in America… can you break the law ans still become the Treasurer of the united states… you know the person who signature is on the currency we are so lacking in. So does this mean if you are a tax paper in the US, that we are all forgiven, can we all ignore our late fees and the notices that pile up in the file 13 basket.
And that brings me to Pres. Obama view of compromise, you know, like the time he voted for fisa, instead of standing tall on his views and what is really good for our nation. Chew on that you folks at MSNBC, CNN, CNBC and HLN… and the folks who watch these networks.
ps. if the wall street journal was less per isue that the local papers in our towns, I think that the public at large would not put up with this on going romance between Pres. Obama and his dream teams wish list fulfillment.

I think that the issue was brought forward to actually be done again, than it should have at least being taped and then offered up at a press conference later. Pres. Obama, did drop by the press room today, maybe he should have done this Yesterday too.
It seems that the Physical transition of Mr Bush leaving the white house went with-out loosing the “Os” on the keyboards, but I think that the departing Bush staff know there would be a lot of “Os” no’s going on in the first 100 days.
as for the Executive Orders signed, well if the first Oath was not Official, then anything thereafter is not, fruit from the forbidden tree, just as evidence from an illegal search is usually denied. the Executive Orders were executed under an illegal oath of office given by the Judge presiding.

at what point will people like Chris Matthews, stop waving the race banner. Alright already, so your black, so your president, can we now see the real news.
It’s so weird to see the African American guests on these talk shows, and all of them are saying what the Anchor wants to hear, but for every time a Chris, or Keith and even Rachel, say “this must be a great day for the American people, that Black Americans have a role model now, etc., “So what your saying the men and woman who sit before you, of African American descent, are not role models, have not achieved the American dream?
Get a life Mr. Matthews [I guess I am expecting too much from some one who has had 43 male role models, and countless of unnamed men who carry out their dreams, such as Sen. Ted Kennedy. I honestly think the only person in my America that could not achieve the American dream, is the person who does not apply themselves unselfishly.
May I remind all you, the media and readers, that there are past and present African Americans whom have offer themselves to service to there country [Colin Powell, Jesse Jackson and Condoleezza Rice].
Whether you are first, last or in between, a persons Ascension to success in America will not be, based on their race. It will be measured by their deeds and service to their families and if the situation warrants it, to their country.

I do realize the importance of this day. I just wonder if anyone realizes that every time some one praises our nation in harmonies chorus, that we are proud to have elected and placed in power the first African American President, that we are also admitting how bias our country has been as recent as 11:59 am today.
I also want to bring forward that at 12:01 pm nothing has changed on the streets of Harlem, the Bronx, Riverside, south bay and chitown [chicago], that unless each person of all ethic backgrounds take a similar oath, these as like many neighbors ridden with bias based plight, will not change.
We can not assume or make President Obama responsible to everyone, he is only accountable to us, up to which we should rise up, and meet him in the middle.
