ok, how many people outside the beltway knew that the Clinton administration had balance the budget, along with a surplus dowry for the next President? Why so few knew, was because of Ken Starr’s obsession Bill’s devil in a blue dress. Oh and Whitewater. If He had a distraction, other than March Madness and fantasy football.

I know,,, I slammed him on his date nights. If he had just kept them with
in the boundaries of our immediate continent I know, voiced
my disdain via a tweet that his vacations\ were bogus attempts to help
their kids feel normal. I say send them to an over crowded, under funded
public school.

So what does that leave on the list of adult things to do? GO shopping for
a pussycat, Take up Cigar collecting, oh wait he might already have a few
of those from Resko. Just do something the GOP can rip, spin and spew
for days on end, and before you know it, it will be Christmas and everyone’s
nice during the Holidays.

This may be a question of a life time for the sophomore
college student, he was quite bold and direct… too bad
the President did not reply with the same tenacity, even
though he claims he and his family are not that far away
from those years when they did not know what bill was
going to be paid on time, including their student loans…

Here is the question –

a young man who identified himself as a college sophomore
— and wisely didn’t provide his name
— complimented the president on his efforts to stimulate
the economy. He then asked Obama whether he has considered
“legalizing prostitution, gambling, drugs and nonviolent crime”
as a way to further boost economic growth.

President Obama’s reply-

“I appreciate the boldness of your question, but that would not be my strategy,” the president said, to laughter. In college, he said, “what you are supposed to do is to question conventional wisdom.  So you’re doing what you’re supposed to do.”

[btw-never really answered this question]

Immigration Reform and Amnesty – while we are on the topic, is Ms. Zeituni Onyango still in Ohio [where she went after media blitz in Boston]?

I haven’t actually read these words, or come across a sentence that asks the question – 

  “Is President Obama’s [half-]Aunt still here in the US, and is this proposed reform written with Zeituni Onyango in mind”?

The proposed Immigration Reform and Amnesty included the following:

• Undocumented Workers Currently in the United States:
   Undocumented workers could come forward immediately and receive probationary legal status.
               
• The Bill creates a four-year, renewable Z visa for those unlawfully residing within the U.S. before January 1, 2007.
   
• Undocumented immigrants may adjust status to lawful permanent residence once
   they pay $5,000 in fees and fines and their head of household returns to their home country.
• Border Security:
     Provide structures for detaining up to 27,500 aliens per day on an annual basis.
• Employment Verification:
   Require employers to electronically verify new employees to prove identity and work eligibility.
• Guest Worker Program (requires border security measures to be in place first):
   Create a new temporary guest worker program with two-year “Y visas,” initially capped
    at 400,000 per year with annual adjustments based on market fluctuations.
• Permanent Residence (Green Card) through the Point System:
   380,000 visas a year would be awarded based on a point system,
• Other Changes to the Immigration System:
   Spouses and minor children of U.S. citizens and permanent residents would be eligible
    for green cards based purely on their family connections, but other relatives such
    as adult children and siblings would not.

This was written in response to a WSJ article. Un employment rates would be lowered if local employers would take up the same hiring practices of the Whitehouse…lol, bring change to Washington, D.C. is good, but and making our economy better is great, bringing to light all the non-tax paying Washington D.C. elite, priceless!

If you are a mover and a shaker, know Washington DC, with out using a GPS, can pay off any back owed taxes at a moments notice, or at least prior to confirmation, then we want you!

Depending on what you consider “breaking the law is/means …Gov. Rod Blagojevich claims of innocent could be true…” [ said one black kettle to another ]

There seems to be so much about everything, but nothing to do with change.

I recall judgment and experience was two of the key topics in the 2008 election. I am glad that I used my own judgment when I placed my vote on November 2, 2008  The best thing that has come out of the last 16 days that President Obama was sworn in, oh, wait I mean 15 days since he was sworn in to office, hum or is it 14 days… do we have the official date of record yet.. oops I digressed, as I was about to say, is that the last 18 months looks to be the opening act in a trilogy gone bad.  We have ponzi schemes, and legal bank robbery, and oh yes I can’t leave out tax invasion.

 

Did anyone remember to notify the Hemsley family, that there loved ones were held to a different standard of income tax laws… due to the  fact that they did not reside or hold office in the Washington DC zip code.

 

Let hope today’s news days is a slow one, you know like the days when Punxsutawney Phil, had the front page to himself.

Former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, President Barack Obama‘s nominee for the secretary of Health and Human Services, paid around $100,000 in back taxes after his nomination to pay for a car and driver he was supplied but did not report as income, according to documents being prepared by the Senate Finance Committee. I have been patient, not to jump on the media blog-o-sphere to dash any of President Obama’s choices for his cabinet, after all he is the president.  Then I thought about all the taxes I paid out over the years, with-out choice, and paid in full every year.
