ok. the downtown FL DMV and the Orange Co Clerk share an office bldg. why should I walk the paper work?
I think that officer Flint of SCSO needs to HAND me back my DL and apologize for my lost Morning.

To go dntwn, pick up copy from OC clerk to get receipt of payment. up one flight to DMV
To show DMV, they then issue my D6 , then attorney’s runner to fax it to me.
Because officer Flint kept my DL, I now need a pay 25.00 for replacement .
