Your rights are only as safe as hers are. (To – MICHAEL LOWE , you got that right!..)

I have been blogging about this. I have posted comments in response to the media disregard for due process. Other bloggers have insulted me. Some bloggers have implied I was one of the Anthony’s, or maybe one of the many people on Ms. Anthony’s defense team.  I found this article after typing in “Casey Anthony arrested trial” search.

Mr. Lowe, even though he is not here in Orlando has been able to offer a similar argument, without being here in Orlando from Day one. July 16, 2008…the day the media lost all conscience, forgot whatever ethics they may have barely had at the start of their morning on July 16th.

Here are question he prosed…

What’s This Case About?

What’s Her Attorney Been Doing?

What’s At Stake Here?

Why This Should Worry You?

See Blog site “DallasJustice com”  for the original article,  and answers to his questions.

Because her loss of rights today does impact upon your rights, tomorrow, as case law sometimes becomes the foundation od local and state legislation.

What about the “rights” of her innocent victim? Didn’t Caylee have the right to live? Didn’t Caylee have any rights??? WHAT ABOUT HER?????

no. But I have been a victim of a break-in, while I was home. the person got 18 mos. prob. time. 3 days in jail, and that was only because he wasn’t able to post bail.

I am not disputing the Anthony case it’s self. I am disputing TRIAL BY MEDIA!

    Presumption of innocence

“Being considered innocent until proven guilty – is a legal right that the accused in criminal trials has in many modern countries”

Yes, innocent until proven guilty in a court of law but outside that court anything goes. Don’t confuse the court system with what people outside of it say after all there is a freedom of speech here in the US and that includes the media.

I think what I find so difficult to understand is the absence of any real argument for or against the media? What is it that the media does which impedes the wheels of justice? Fear is something that always motivates and is central to those who think something “way out there” is coming to get them.

Could you tell me one thing that the press and TV News reporting has done to impeded the case against Casey Anthony? Can you tell me one thing the press has done to impede justice for Caylee Anthony? Tell me, will the media presentation impact the jury in this case? Maybe. But once the jurors are impanaled they will be so engrossed in the evidence and their jury service that the media coverage of the last year will be meaningless to them.Never underestimate the service that our jurors give-they are thoughtful people who take their responsibilities very seriously.

What people think of you is not an important issue with me. Whether you are an “Anthony lover” or and “Anthony hater” or whether they think you are a member of the defense team. Why is it important to you that others assign some designation to you? Write with conviction. Make citations but write what you believe. You can do it. Write two meaty paragraphs and state your case. Who cares who disagrees? That’s the very last thing you should be interested in. Write about what you have read. Write about what you have seen. Write about the impact it could or did have on the future of this or the future of that. Inform the reader-it isn’t your job to convince them that you and you alone “hold the keys to the kingdom” where only the pure and the virtuous dwell.
