Can we sanction the media for misleading viewers in Anthony case, equals big advertising fees.

IMO – I think naming a sitting Judge in a unconfirmed accusation is going to far,
Florida Bar: Says they have no complaints from Strickland regarding Jose Baez,
The same tv station, states sources also confirm the judge did file a complaint regarding
the Anthonys private investigator Dominic Casey, with what regulating  department was not given..
Can we sanction the media for “accusations offered” to mislead viewers, which in turn,
equals ratings, which equals advertising dollars
This reminds me of a witch hunt that took place in Salem MA. I guess somepeople
have not learn much from history. responding to this phrase – by
— in the interview on WFTV 9,  Mr. Sheaffer advised against that move because
other judges wouldn’t be  “as tolerant and as patient” as Strickland has been with Baez.- –
If I were the defendant, I would be worried about getting a fair trial, the fact that
this judge is tolerant and patient, really means that he is doing his job.
the media’s interpetation of “tolerant and patient” in this case,  is when
the Judge finds for the defendant. could it be that Mr. Strickland and Mr. Baez,
is up holding their oath as officers of the court, no matter how they personally
feel about the case and it content.

If you feel that way, why are you continuing to perpetuate this

I am not perpetuating the accusations, I am merely shining the spot light on the media that is covering the story.

I have from the very beginning, cover this story with absence of malice. I have never one said in voice or type, my opinion of Ms. Anthony’s role in this case.

I think she accidently died in the care of her mother she panic and staged this abduction,
And it’s to late to prove it, or she did hurt her none the less it’s her fault. She’s was an
    irresponsible parent.

the scenarios are endless, but the Most common factor in this case that will not change is the
rights of the defendant. as much as I have said this time and again, that every person whether
is born or naturalized, The Constitution of the United States of America belongs to all Americans.

I am also not disputing the crime, or that it was or was not a crime. I am just spotlighting
that fact that the media’s over the top coverage of this case will be the BIG RID box
on the verdict, whether it favors the state or the defendant.

I could not believe the rude, despicable, obnoxious, behavior of Cindy and George Anthony today during the depositions – How uncivilized and disgusting was their behavior – It is obvious where Casey gets her lying ability – from her mother – Cindy has lied SO much in the media – I did feel sorry for George but he is as disgusting as Cindy – It is tragic that no family member is standing up for Caylee – I hope the District Attorney can and will charge Cindy and George with obstruction – They belong behind bars

I totally agree with the Anthonys behavior,
the questions the lawyers were asking were clearly irrelevent!!
Imagine yourself being forced to answer questions for a couple of obnoxious crooked lawyers who were using the death of your loved one for fame.
The Anothonys were so right when they said we can clear her name in 5 minutes, and they did just that.
The lawyers now seem to be working for “every” Zenaida Gonzalez on the planet, they comfirmed this when they said to the Anthonys that all the questions they were asking, were not only to clear their clients name but to prove that there was only person who could have done it.
(that person we all know is Casey)
So they admitted they were no longer trying to prove their client as innocent but trying to prove someone as guilty!
How are these azzholz allowed to continue with this ridiculous lawsuit that they are turning into a trial??

Right – not only are the question not irrelevant!, but the attorney, John Morgan has stated on record to local Media station, WKMG, that he is: I his words,
John Morgan may be conducting depositions in a defamation suit — his client Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Casey Anthony. But he told reporters today he has another mission.

“If it seems like John Morgan is conducting a homicide investigation, he admits he is,” WKMG-Channel 6’s Mike DeForest said.
“- – Who committed this murder has everything to do with Zeniada Gonzalez, because whoever committed this murder means Zenaida didn’t,” Morgan told reporters. “When we prove who did it, we prove she didn’t. And when we prove she didn’t, we prove our case.”

The judge on the civil case is also the judge on a case pending before him, with John Morgan as the defendant. and then the reporter at WKMG even misspells the name of Ms. Gonzalez too.
FYI -Judge S Strickland was the judge for the default civil case of One South Orange, LTD v. LADDS, LLC Plantiff own the bldg the fusion club was in, and LADDS,LLC was the owner of the actual club – d.b.a.Fusion Night Club.
