finally read an objective somewhat concise article regarding this case.

off topic but, it was good to finally read an objective somewhat concise article regarding this case.

here is a excerpt from it… – The lawyers who spoke to the Sentinel predicted that Anthony’s defense team will try to explain away some of the similarities. The Henkel duct tape is a common brand. Whitney Design laundry bags are all over the place — Orlando attorney Diana Tennis said she has one at home.

NEWS flash – NO Prints on duct tape. period.

As with most topics these days, seems that opinion of the journalist or the anchor person covering this story has been accepted as fact.
I do not understand for the life of me why anyone continues to accept the awful task of being at the other end of a “Nancy Grace Q and A” session.
See introduces them as experts in their respective fields and then verbally tramples them with repeated contempt of their attempt to answer her questions, even when, for the most part are usually based exaggerative clips of information, that she herself is receiving from the local media here in Orlando.

Ms. Grace seems to think her show offers facts and original first hand accounts of, what is most times than not a hash and trying time for a family of a missing loved one, usually children.

I guess when I take into account the network that her “show”, [I use this word, instead of program, because, it is all “show and re-tell”], It does not surprise me that she has a strong following.

Fox News is really the only cable news outlet that has not sensationalized the tragedies of this family and now, the most recent addition to her tirade, the Haleigh Cummings family.

Please remember before you reply, know that the “rule of law”, applies to everyone, even Caey Anthony. Even You, even me.

on your mark, set, go, type…

You talk of an “OBJECTIVE and SOMEWHAT CONCISE” article regarding this case, but except for the short excerpt that you’ve included, I don’t see the article and can’t find a link to it. I would like to read it. What am I doing wrong?

First of all, The reason for the no fingerprints on the tape is because Crazy Casey used gloves when doing it..The shoes are going to nail the coffin for her..Casey Anthony is as guilty as sin…Casey and her parents are lying lying lying…Casey is trying to save her ass, and her parents are trying to save her..Bottom line, trying to get away with murder…

I live in Orlando, god forbid I do anything that does not fit… I will be considered guilty by the media… Look the documents never stated that the sticker was on the mouth of the little girl, it states that one loose unafiexed stick, heart shape, was found in the contents of the bag. it also was not found with in the white whitney bag, it was in the larger bag. also remember there were no other stickers like that sticker. the stickers that were found among caylee’s or/both casey’s home, were in sheets and none of the complete in tact, un used match the style, color, or manufacturer. your only getting info the local media wants you to hear, read or learn. I am not siding with Casey, i am in disagreement with the florida Goverment in the Sunshine Law.

I agree with you about Nancy Grace. She can be quite a nasty woman and seems to use the death of her fiance (many years ago) as an excuse for her
attitude and behavior. I pity her poor husband who will never be able to measure up to her dead hero of the past.

As far as Casey Anthony is concerned I have formed my own opinion based on her lies and apparent lack of care for her missing child. I don’t think that there are many mothers who could be out “Dirty Dancing” while their daughter was not accounted for. Give me a break. Casey Anthony belongs in the same category with Susan Smith. The child and children (in Smith’s case) were in the way of a vastly exciting social life and had to be dealt with – in these cases – done away with. Dead babies can’t stand in the way of progress as live ones can – according to these ladies.

Can you explain why a kidnapper would put a heart shape sticket on the mouth of the little girl?

I think that Nancy Grace should be arrested and placed in a prison. Someplace nice and safe where she will not be able to undermine our legal system the way she has been doing with this Anthony case. Ultraconservatives want to put flag burners in prison, what’s the difference? She didn’t burn the flag, but she does vandalize due process each and every night. She is molesting your right to due process, which she was sanctioned by the Appeals courts years before, and setting a precedent for every child who will grow up in a world where mock trials are held on TV for entertainment. She is vandalizing the jury system by attempting to taint all of society with her hyper-accusatory views, phony evidence and wild accusations. In my opinion, in virtue of the fact that phony bogus evidence has already been presented to every possible juror, you have a mistrial by definition even before the trial has begun. And, Casey Anthony should be released immediately because this is not a case that simply cannot be tried fairly under our system of Law. Guilty or not, Casey should go free, in part largely due to the un-professionalism of Nancy Grace. Good going 😦
