Working for the Mouse, to bring home the cheese. My Concerts Dollars promoting oppression not musical harmony…

I want to see Sugarland in concert, but your music is trumped by my inability to promote oppression in my own home town.

Orlando, a city built by Disney, and own by DeVos.

FYI – our city tax dollars were for sale to deepest pockets, – rate #264 w/ net worth if 4.2 billion – Despite Forbes rating, and being an anti-tax Republican, DeVos saw fit to ask Orange County, FL to foot the bill for the Orlando Magic’s new arena using tax dollars. Even though tax dollars largely funded this arena, it was still named the Amway Arena. This was especially controversial since DeVos could have easily paid for the arena out-of-pocket.

The Audacity of entitlement must be in their bloodlines.

Let’s not let history repeat itself during the 2010 mid-term elections. Thomas, may I suggest the History channel

… because Thomas, watching past history this time will serve us better, than you making it.  IMO -”I knew assimilation voting was alive and well in 2008″   In the months leading up to Nov 2,  Donna Brazile address this issue when asked by Wolf Blitzer, yet felt it was not the case.Donna, may I introduce you to Thomas.

[focus group Thomas, on Hannity 10.28.201o]

Sean Hannity had show cased, a focus group on campaign advertising asked these two questions to the panel.

Q – how many believe that he over promised and under delivered?  and believes that.

Q – and who Voted for him?

Response  2 - Thomas replies with this -“I wanted to see this historical moment take place I knew for a fact that once he got in, he could not do all the thing he said he wanted to do,but I wanted because it was making history.I don’t think the republicans could so any better…”

Additional random response said - I didn’t care about making history, I care about running the country properly.

I think we will over come the climate change issues before our nation will devise a more equal form of election process

I thought that the election process was always a male pissing pageant. with that said, I wanted to bring another style of conveying my opinion. I decided to use the latest marketing tool. Take an old pop song and make it fit the product. in this case my opinion of the political climate that hasn’t changed.  I think we will over come the climate change issues before our nation will devise a more equal form of election process by getting back to election process as penned in the US Constitution.

How free do we want our speech to be?

Independent link for information on whether your county is as transparent as they claim
Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a “transparent” object is one that can be seen through. Transparent procedures include open meetings, financial disclosure statements, freedom of information legislation, budgetary review, audits, etc.
Orange County has reported $1,070,000 spent on lobbying between 2000-2008 (see table). Orange County pays for services of the lobbying firm Alcade & Fay

The city beautiful is now the city of my discontent. Did Orlando really need a new arena/venue center?

Mayor Glenda Hood,  left us with brick streets that tear up my automobiles suspension daily.  Now Mayor Buddy Dyer give us a state of the art entertainment complex along with the BILL!

btw – the City of Orlando’s Total Projected Debt as of 09.30.2010  $ 11,447,433.00[ref-city of Orlando site].
Search Results there are 1580 documents related to the New Amway Center. I’ve yet to find where the city of Orlando raise the question on whether the city should support a venue that does not support or agree with 10% of their residents.
I am not personally against the team it’s self. I am against the city  of Orlando using our tax dollars, taking out a mortgage, and selling bonds for a venue that supports anti-gay and other anti-minority civil rights organizations
